Where We Stand
The project, which began in January 2022, has progressed through land acquisition, zoning approvals, infrastructure planning, and initial parcel sales. The current position:

What’s Next
The remaining 20% of the project focuses on final parcel positioning and buyer negotiations. The Hemus Motorway progress — which will connect Sofia to the northern coast — continues to increase interest in strategically located land parcels in the broader corridor.
