How does VIG select investment opportunities?+

Our proprietary Precision Index evaluates each opportunity against 47 data points across location, market dynamics, regulatory status, and financial feasibility. Only deals scoring above our threshold proceed to due diligence.

Investing

What is the minimum investment amount?+

VIGROW Community Capital starts at €50,000. Club Deals require a minimum of €250,000. We are developing Future Foundations for emerging investors — join our waitlist for updates.

What returns can I expect?+

Our target IRR ranges from 18–30% depending on the product and project. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All projections are based on conservative underwriting assumptions.

How are investments structured?+

Investments are structured through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for each project. This provides legal ring-fencing, transparent ownership, and clear exit mechanisms for investors.
